The scientific exchange program focuses on facilitating and supporting exchange opportunities for Chinese and Australian researchers to engage with other organisations and build lasting collaborative links. The program helps participants gain invaluable knowledge and experience, and this in turn will help build CCS capacity for both Australia and China.
The CAGS3 scientific exchange program offers a mechanism for Australian and Chinese researchers working in the field of geological storage of CO2 to collaborate, and, through knowledge sharing and joint activities. Most of the exchanges will be completed in 2017. The following researchers have completed or commenced their exchange under CAGS3 funding.
A snapshot on their experience and learnings will be shared on CAGS website following their completion of the exchange program.
